Why LIC?

At LIC, we realised that many families give up on dream events because of one critical factor: communication. We understand that planning and coordinating an expensive event in a foreign country is both scary and time consuming.

Our entire philosophy revolves around making event planning in Israel not only easy, but also enjoyable. Our goal is to bring our representatives as close as we can to you, and to do away with language and cultural barriers, or the burden of arranging calling a different time zone.

We are a team of event planning professionals located in various parts of the world to help you plan your event in Israel.

We are continuing to expand LIC to as many countries as possible to ensure that no matter where in the world you are, you have a contact in your time zone, language and culture to help plan your event in Israel.

How does it work?

Say you live in Los Angeles, California and you want your wedding to take place in Israel. In comes our Los Angeles agent, Hanna Benrosh. She will contact you to understand your vision, goal, and everything else she needs to know to help execute your special day. After the initial meeting, she contacts the Israel branch to begin the planning process on the other side of the world. Love Israel Celebration will take it from there and create the day of your dreams.

What makes us special?

We take our profession extremely seriously. Our clients putting their complete trust in our hands is what we strive for. We want to make the planning process as happy and stress-free as possible; and that’s what makes us so unique. Each branch is available 24/7 for any questions you may have, despite the time zone difference in Israel. We want our clients to feel like they have a family nearby and in Israel. After all, if you can’t be in Israel to plan it yourself, you’re better off trusting people who know good food, to taste good food for you.

Got it! But what exactly is the event planning process?

So, here’s how it goes:

  • After meeting with the you, the hometown agent and Israeli branches meet (via Skype) and discuss your needs.
  • You are able to be in touch with the hometown agent whenever necessary, and all information is relayed directly to the Israelis to ensure all expectations are met.
  • Every decision pertaining to the event is shared between the local and international agents. The actual carrying out of the event is taken care of by Israelis ensuring all details are accounted for in order to help your vision come to life.

What's the fee?

The fee is calculated depending on what kind of event is being produced, how many people will be attending, the timeline of planning all the way to the execution date, whether it’s high season or low season, etc.  One thing we can be sure of is that our collaboration will save you money. Because the local agent doesn’t need to be on site, the cost decreases. The experts of the Israel branch already have the knowledge, connections and experience to find the lowest cost to ensure you receive the best deal.
